You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, guiding development team, making critical architectural decisions and ensuring that software meets both functional and non-functional requirements. Will serve as the main point of contact for technical issues and responsible for aligning the technical direction of projects with business goals. You will take an active role in delivery of engagements alone or as part of a team by providing Subject matter expertise.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to provide technical leadership and guidance on projects.
- Conduct and oversee code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices and project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmap that aligns with the project goals ensuring the development process is on track and aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the implementation of major features, ensuring that they meet technical and functional requirements and are integrated seamlessly into the overall system.
- Address and resolve complex technical challenges ensuring that the team can overcome obstacles efficiently.
- Providing both technical expertise and leadership to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Significant experience in technical consultancy
- Deep knowledge of relevant programming languages, frameworks and tools with the ability to design and implement complex software solutions.
- Experience of successfully delivering high level of business process change
- Must have significant experience in delivering Business Change Programmes or Projects
- Working with internal company staff members, external suppliers & external customers
- Organised, professional and with a "can do" attitude
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and make sound decisions under pressure.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Relevant certifications in software development, cloud technologies, development framework is advantageous.
