We are seeking a results-driven senior Management Consultant. You will be responsible for leading the delivery digital transformation and IT optimisation programmes for our clients. You will lead and inspire a team of consultants and analysts. You will analyse business operations, identify challenges, and develop strategic solutions that drive growth and efficiency. You will work closely with our clients to optimise processes, implement change, and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions to address clients' most critical business
challenges. - Lead cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Foster strong client relationships to understand their unique needs and deliver
measurable results. - Evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
- Provide actionable insights to help clients maintain a competitive edge.
- Identifyinefficiencies in business processes and recommend cost-effective improvements.
- Guide organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, technology adoption, and workforce optimization.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years in management consulting or a leadership role in a corporate setting.
- Experience in guiding organisations through transformations and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence decisions, and present insights clearly.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering impactful results.
- Expertise in streamlining operations, reducing inefficiencies, and driving productivity
- Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and project management software.
- Strong understanding of business operations across various industries.
