As a Management Consultant you will assist organisations improve performance, efficiency, and profitability by analysing business challenges and providing strategic solutions. You will work closely with executives and teams to optimise processes, implement change, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommen strategic solutions.
- Develop and implement business plans to optimize processes and achieve client objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their goals and align strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics.
- Facilitate change management initiatives, including workforce optimization and technology integration.
- Monitor the success of implemented solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence decisions, and present insights clearly.
- Experience in guiding organisations through transformations and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Expertise in streamlining operations, reducing inefficiencies, and driving productivity.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, automation, and digital strategies.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic team environments.
- Confidence in building and managing client relationships.
Desirable Skills
Prior experience working in the UK public sector environment is a plus.
